What isn't covered?

Furrion warranty is not insurance. FURRION WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROPERTY OR POSSESSIONS THAT ARE STOLEN, LOST, DAMAGED OR OTHERWISE WHILST USING ANY FURRION PRODUCT. Furrion shall not be responsible for the natural breakdown of materials that occurs inevitably with extended use, or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper care, animal attack, alteration, or normal wear and tear, incorrect wiring or use other than is intended purpose. In no event will Furrion be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

What is covered in the Furrion warranty?

Furrion warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects for five years, unless otherwise indicated, from the date of purchase, except as qualified below. If Furrion determines that this product is defective, Furrion will, at its option, either repair or replace the products free of charge.

To obtain warranty service, return the product, with proof of purchase, freight prepaid to the store from which it was purchased.

Furrion Quality report

Furrion’s entire product range has been put through rigorous testing to ensure all products are made and comply to the highest quality and safety standards. Every cordset and adaptor during production is subject to our 2000 Voltage spike test, with a resistance and continuity test completed after to ensure our products meet our long-term warranty requirements and surpass today’s International Safety Standards. All plugs apply to the National Electric Manufacturers Association (NEMA).
